Footage stays with you
Footage is never uploaded to this site. You share a link from your own storage and keep control over who can view it. Revoke access from your storage provider at any time.
What we collect
When you submit a service form, we store the details you entered — your name, email, the link to your footage, and your answers to the intake questions — so the editor can scope and deliver your project. If you send a question through the contact form, we store the name, email, and message. If you join the claim waitlist, we store the email you gave us.
How it's used
Intake details are used only to plan and deliver your project. Contact messages are used to reply to you. Waitlist emails are used only to tell you when the editor invitation you asked about is available. No marketing, no third-party sharing, no ad tracking.
Payments
Payments happen on external providers chosen by the editor. Card details are entered on the provider's page and never touch this site. Their privacy notice applies to that step.
Deletion
To have a submission, question, or waitlist entry deleted, email the editor you were working with — they can remove it from their cockpit.
